Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking a senior Private Credit/Structured Products leader to shape GTM strategy and drive end-to-end platform development. You will lead client solutioning, collaborate with global teams, and guide strategic deal execution for major clients.

You will provide SME guidance on the operating model and technology stack, developing deployable solutions for complex clients and growing the private credit offering across markets.

Qualifications

• 7+ years experience desirable.
• Private Credit and/or Structured Product experience needed, from asset servicing or directly within Private Credit and Fund employers.
• Solid understanding of the end-to-end Private Credit operating model and technology stack.
• Ability to develop solutions for complex clients.
• Demonstrable experience managing projects and collaborating across teams.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to the evolution and evangelism of the go-to-market strategy for asset servicing capabilities.
• Lead client solutioning and continue growing the Private Credit and Structured Products offering.
• Participate in product development and management of the private credit end-to-end platform.
• Collaborate with commercial and operating teams to drive outcomes for State Street and global private equity clients.
• Provide subject matter expertise on the Private Credit operating model and technology stack.
• Develop solutions that can be deployed for complex clients.
• Partner with global teams to define and solution critical deals.
• Ensure relevant subject matter experts are consulted and strategic options thoroughly explored.
• Maintain competitor intelligence and capture emerging industry trends.
• Partner with business development and relationship management teams to develop a robust pipeline.
• Support business development, including RFI/RFPs and quality responses.
• Report to the Managing Director of Private Credit Product.
