Job summary

State Street Corporation in Boston is seeking a Vice President to lead Private Credit and Structured Products, driving client solutions and product strategy. You will work with fund administration, loan services, custody, and analytics to create value for credit managers.

Reporting to the Managing Director of Private Credit Product, the role requires strong leadership, financial acumen, and cross-functional project management. State Street offers competitive compensation and inclusive benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required (Finance, Business or Accounting preferred).
• 7+ years experience desirable in Private Credit and/or Structured Product; experience in asset servicing or from within Private Credit and Fund employers is desirable.
• Strong critical thinking, problem solving, and decision making skills.
• Demonstrated experience managing projects and collaborating across teams.

Responsibilities

• Client solutioning and growing Private Credit and Structured Products offering; contribute to end-to-end platform development.
• Collaborate with commercial and operating teams to drive superior outcomes for State Street and clients.
• Provide subject matter expertise on end-to-end Private Credit operating model and technology stack.
• Develop solutions for complex clients and ensure critical design assumptions are well explored.
