Santander Consumer USA Inc. seeks a Vice President to originate, structure and execute bespoke financing solutions across Latin America and the United States. The role sits at the intersection of private credit, structured finance, and capital markets, requiring fluency in English and Spanish.

You will work with senior bankers, risk, legal, and investors to develop solutions for corporates and financial sponsors, managing multiple complex transactions end-to-end.

Qualifikationen

• 9+ years of corporate or investment banking experience.
• Experience in business development and/or product management.
• Credit experience and track record of transactions.
• Strong communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
• Ability to lead teams and manage multiple complex transactions.

Aufgaben

• Initiates, develops and enhances relationships with senior executives at existing clients and targeted prospects, with the objective of enhancing revenue generation and risk-adjusted return on capital for the Company.
• Oversees junior level staff, when applicable.
• Participates in joint calling effort with industry team bankers in an effort to uncover opportunities with clients.
