Job summary

Santander Miami is seeking a Premier Banking Banker, VP for Central America & Caribbean. You will analyze investment opportunities and manage high-net-worth client relationships, focusing on Latin American markets and cross-border opportunities.

You will collaborate with Private Wealth, Products, and Compliance to develop sales strategies and grow assets under management. The role requires a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field and at least two years of private banking

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or related field or foreign equivalent plus two years’ private banking experience.
• Provide investment management advice to high-net-worth individuals.

Responsibilities

• Analyze investment opportunities to establish and maintain High Net Worth client relationships.
• Grow assets by working with existing clients and acquiring new ones.
• Review corporate financial reports and prepare investment analyses and background reports.
• Provide clients with up-to-date investment information and participate in cross‑business sales strategies with Private Wealth, Products and Compliance.
