Job summary

Santander is seeking a Vice President to join the Cross-Asset Structuring team in the United States. The role focuses on structured notes and OTC derivatives across Equities, Fixed Income, FX, and Commodities for institutional clients, distributors, and private banks.

You will lead product development, coordinate with Sales, Trading, Risk, Legal, and Technology, and drive platform automation, pricing, and lifecycle processing while ensuring regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a STEM-related discipline; Mathematics/Statistics/Engineering/Physics/CS or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in structuring, pricing, and executing structured products and OTC derivatives across asset classes.
• Strong ability to translate complex concepts into commercially viable client solutions.

Responsibilities

• Structure securitized investment products, including structured notes and OTC derivatives across asset classes.
• Lead development and implementation of new product opportunities and platform capabilities.
• Drive automation and enhancement of the structured products issuance platform.
