U.S. Bank’s Institutional Client Group (ICG) seeks a Vice President, Relationship Manager to manage a complex loan portfolio and grow client relationships within private capital and asset management.

You will prospect and close new business, cross-sell a broad range of bank products, and lead client relationship management with a focus on large, sophisticated clients and revenue growth. This role requires strong relationship-building and strategic sales skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Strong relationship management and business development/sales capabilities.
• Solid knowledge of credit and credit quality.
• Comprehensive understanding of bank products and services.
• Proven ability to manage customer relationships and cross-sell.

Responsibilities

• Manage and expand a complex portfolio of loans and financial services for private capital and asset management clients.
• Prospect, win and close new business relationships; retain and grow existing client relationships.
• Cross-sell a broad range of bank products and services and facilitate referrals across One U.S. Bank.
• Provide leadership in client relationship management, with a focus on service quality, accountability, and revenue growth.
