Job summary

U.S. Bank’s Institutional Client Group (ICG) seeks an experienced Relationship Manager in the Consumer and Retail division, serving clients with revenues above $500 million. You will manage and expand a complex loan portfolio, identify opportunities, and coordinate with product partners to deliver integrated banking solutions.

This role requires strong leadership, a track record in sales growth, and deep knowledge of bank products and credit underwriting. You’ll work from a U.S.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in finance, accounting or related field.
• Typically 10+ years of banking experience.
• Subject matter expertise in consumer & retail sector.
• Strong sales management and business development skills.
• Experience managing large portfolios of mid to large corporate clients.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Analytical, decision-making and problem-solving skills.
