U.S. Bank’s Institutional Client Group (ICG) seeks an experienced Relationship Manager in the Consumer and Retail division, managing a portfolio of large clients with revenue above $500 Million.

You will grow relationships, cross-sell bank products, and lead service delivery to drive loan, deposit, and fee income growth. The role requires at least a Bachelor's or Master’s in finance or related field, 10+ years of banking experience, and FINRA licenses (SIE, Series 79, Series 63 within 180 days).

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in finance, accounting or related field.
• Typically 10+ years of banking experience.
• Experience serving consumer and retail clients.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow a complex portfolio of large banking clients.
• Close new business and retain/expand existing relationships.
• Sell bank products to clients and coordinate referrals across One U.S. Bank.
• Drive loan, deposit, and fee income growth while ensuring client satisfaction.
