Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or five years related experience and/or training.
• Strong verbal and written communication, interpersonal skills.
• Ability to analyze financial information and make recommendations.
• Confidentiality of client transactions and financial records.
• Knowledge of Wealth Management procedures and bank operations.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategies to acquire new Private Banking clients.
• Consult with clients and prospects to provide customized solutions and proactive service.
• Coordinate with internal partners to best serve Private Banking clients.
• Act as quarterback for client relationships within the bank.
• Cross-sell other bank products as appropriate.
• Monitor credit quality and manage credit risk for clients.
• Understand legal documents and client agreements as needed.
• Generate loan and deposit growth following bank policy.
