Job summary

Forward Air Corporation in Dallas is seeking a Vice President, Costing and Revenue Strategy to lead pricing and revenue strategy for LTL and Domestic Freight Forwarding. Qualifications

• 10+ years of leadership in pricing or revenue management within transportation and logistics.
• Experience across LTL, FTL and domestic freight forwarding pricing.
• Strong knowledge of FMC rules and regulatory environments.
• Advanced financial modeling and forecasting on a national scale.
• Experience with tariff structures and rate management.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development of scalable enterprise pricing strategy and governance.
• Drive technology-enabled pricing modernization initiatives across the organization.
• Mentor and develop a high-performing pricing organization.
• Oversee pricing analytics, forecasting, and cost-modeling with Finance.
• Provide executive-level reporting on pricing performance and margins.
• Partner with Sales and Operations on bids, RFQs, renewals, and pricing strategies.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives to enhance pricing infrastructure.
• Build relationships with industry peers and logistics partners for rate negotiations.
• Champion pricing governance and continuous improvement in pricing operations.
• Ensure compliance with FMC rules and international shipping requirements.
