Job summary

Qualifications

• Senior leadership experience in Freight Forwarding, Logistics, or related industries.
• Proven ability to manage key stakeholder relationships internally and externally.
• Advanced knowledge of logistics processes and security procedures.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate sales efforts and sales focus within the region.
• Manage sales pipeline and funnel using the CRM.
• Coordinate targets and commercial budgets across business units.
• Facilitate dissemination of sales leads across regions and pillars.
• Act as main entry point for cross-regional communication for freight forwarding commercial.
• Lead trade lane development and support vertical or key account squads.
• Engage with cargo owners to ensure strong relationship management.
• Identify new business opportunities and coordinate required resources.
• Assess financial implications to identify opportunities and risks.
• Provide updates to Senior Management on business impact of projects.
• Assist with pricing structures and financial models for DP World Logistics services.
• Promote continuous process improvement across regions and with others.
