AutoNation seeks a senior executive to lead pricing and inventory strategy across its extensive dealership network. The role partners with data science and field leadership to drive adoption, performance, and continuous improvement of pricing and inventory initiatives that optimize profitability.

With 10+ years of leadership, you will translate complex analytics into practical business actions, oversee governance and reporting, and ensure alignment across markets.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in a related field; MBA or quantitative degree preferred.
• 10+ years of progressive leadership experience in operations, pricing, inventory management, analytics, or related fields.
• Experience delivering measurable results through data-driven decision making.
• Ability to influence strategy and align multiple functions and levels.
• Retail, automotive, inventory management, pricing optimization experience preferred.

Aufgaben

• Lead enterprise pricing and inventory initiatives across AutoNation’s dealership network.
• Provide strategic oversight of pricing and inventory model outputs.
• Partner with Operational Measurement resources to assess model effectiveness and trends.
• Bridge field operations, market leadership, and the Data Science team.
• Translate insights into actionable recommendations to drive model enhancements and adoption.
• Monitor outcomes and identify opportunities to improve pricing, inventory turnover, and profitability.
• Develop and oversee reporting, performance metrics, and governance processes.
• Align enterprise strategy with field execution for consistent performance across markets.
• Support communication and adoption of pricing and inventory initiatives.
