AutoNation is seeking a Sales Manager to lead a sales team and deliver an exceptional customer experience. You will set vision, coach and retain top sales talent, and drive targeted vehicle sales and profits across showroom, e-commerce, and phone channels.

You will partner with leadership to optimize inventory, manage expenses, and implement AutoNation best practices while fostering an inclusive, performance-driven culture.

Responsibilities

• Lead the sales team to achieve targeted new and used vehicle sales and gross profit.
• Set a clear vision and goals for the team and drive performance.
• Motivate and engage the team to meet key metrics and best practice processes.
• Manage the negotiation process with sales associates and customers to ensure options and pricing are clear.
• Partner with the GM/GSM to plan inventory and oversee showroom, e-commerce, and phone traffic.
• Assist in controlling expenses for New and Used Vehicle Departments; analyze performance and take corrective actions.
