Job summary

AutoNation seeks a VP, Pricing & Inventory to lead enterprise pricing strategies and inventory optimization across the dealership network. You will partner with the Pricing & Inventory Data Science team to align analytics with business objectives, market conditions, and operations.

In this role, you will drive adoption, performance, and continuous improvement of pricing and inventory initiatives, bridging strategy and execution to deliver profitable growth and measurable outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor-level degree required in business/related field; MBA highly preferred.
• Experience with data-driven decision making, analytics, performance metrics, and models.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise pricing and inventory initiatives across AutoNation's dealership network.
• Provide strategic oversight of pricing and inventory model outputs aligned with business objectives.
• Partner with Operational Measurement to assess model effectiveness and trends.
• Connect field operations, market leadership, and the Pricing & Inventory Data Science team.
• Translate insights into actionable recommendations for model enhancements.
