Job summary

AutoNation seeks an seasoned executive to lead Growth and Media, owning paid demand across New, Used, We Buy Your Car, and After-Sales. You will align national strategy with regional priorities, driving qualified opportunities and cost-efficient sales across the enterprise.

You will partner with Analytics, Finance, and Field Marketing to optimize attribution, forecasting, and performance reviews, delivering measurable growth and market share gains.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Marketing, Business, Analytics, or related field.
• Twelve+ years of progressive marketing experience.
• Seven+ years of people leadership experience.
• Experience leading large multi-channel media investments.
• Ability to translate enterprise objectives into integrated demand plans.
• Strong command of marketing measurement, forecasting, and reporting.
• Experience with agencies, platforms, and cross-functional partnerships.

Responsibilities

• Set enterprise growth and full-funnel media strategy across national, regional, and store levels.
• Lead annual, quarterly, and monthly media planning.
• Allocate investment across brand and performance channels with ROI focus.
• Own the enterprise plan for paid demand and communicate opportunity volumes.
• Lead performance marketing across paid search, paid social, video, and programmatic channels.
• Develop market- and store-level investment views and governance.
