Job summary

Alpha Consulting is seeking an experienced PMO Lead to drive governance, delivery discipline, and executive stakeholder management across complex client transformation programs. You will mentor PMO talent, define delivery standards, and help build a scalable PMO capability within Alpha.

The role emphasizes hands-on leadership, cross-organizational coordination with clients and internal teams, and accountability for on‑time, in‑scope outcomes across multiple workstreams.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of PMO leadership, consulting, or transformation management experience.
• Proven track record leading large-scale business and technology transformation programs within financial services.
• Strong executive presence with C-suite interaction experience.
• Expertise in governance, risk management, project controls, and delivery oversight.
• Experience managing multiple project managers and cross-functional teams.
• PMP, PgMP, Agile, or equivalent certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the PMO Lead for strategic client programs, including Ariel and future engagements.
• Provide end-to-end oversight of large-scale transformation programs from mobilization through stabilization.
• Lead Program Managers, Workstream Project Managers, and PMO resources to meet milestones, scope, budget, and timelines.
• Develop and manage integrated project plans across business, operations, and technology workstreams.
• Drive resolution of cross-functional risks, issues, dependencies, and delivery challenges.
• Support organizational readiness and transition-to-business-as-usual activities.
