Job summary

Alpha Consulting is seeking an experienced PMO Lead to oversee strategic client programs, including Ariel, and to help build a mature PMO capability within Alpha. This leadership role requires executive presence, exceptional stakeholder management, and the ability to drive accountability across multiple workstreams in complex transformation programs.

You will mentor PMO talent, develop repeatable delivery frameworks, and partner with leadership to scale program delivery for State Street

Qualifications

10+ years of PMO leadership or transformation management experience.
Proven track record delivering large-scale business and technology programs in financial services.
Experience interacting with C-suite and senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Lead PMO for strategic client programs including Ariel and future engagements.
Provide end-to-end oversight of transformation programs from mobilization to stabilization.
Manage Program Managers and PMO resources to meet milestones, scope, budget, and timelines.
Develop integrated plans across business, operations, and technology workstreams.
Maintain governance, reporting, dashboards, RAID logs, and controls.
