Job summary

iCapital is seeking a Vice President to join its Implementation team as a senior team lead. You will guide end-to-end platform integrations for enterprise clients and manage ongoing platform experience in partnership with Product Managers and Enterprise Relationship Managers.

You will own project framing, detailed planning, risk management, and cross-functional coordination with internal and external stakeholders to ensure successful rollout and adoption of new capabilities.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in project management or client software implementations within financial services/fintech.
• Knowledge of wealth management processes and private bank workflows.
• Proven ability to document business requirements and drive development.

Responsibilities

• Drive end-to-end integrations for new and existing clients and third-party data integrations.
• Provide program and project management across internal and external stakeholders.
• Lead client discovery, requirements, operating model design, setup, testing, and rollout.
• Manage platform experience for existing clients to maximize usage.
• Translate client business into platform requirements and improvements.
• Collaborate with product, relationship management, sales, and tech teams to deliver for clients.
