Job summary

iCapital is seeking a Vice President to join its Implementation team as a senior team lead. This role sits within the Product organization and oversees platform integrations for enterprise clients and ongoing platform experience in partnership with Product Managers and Enterprise Relationship Managers.

You will drive end-to-end integrations and manage programs, aligning client needs with product enhancements while collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver value in a fast-paced fintech

Qualifications

• 10+ years of project management, client software implementations, and relationship management in fintech/financial services.
• Knowledge of wealth management, alternative investments, and private banking processes.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams from inception to execution.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end platform integrations for enterprise clients.
• Provide program management with detailed plans, risks, and accountability across stakeholders.
• Facilitate client discovery, requirements, operating model design and rollout.
• Enhance platform experience for existing clients and drive adoption.
• Collaborate with Product, Relationship Management, Sales, Operations, and external technology teams.
