iCapital is seeking a Vice President to join its Implementation team as a senior team lead. You will guide end-to-end platform integrations for enterprise clients and manage ongoing platform experience in partnership with Product Managers and Enterprise Relationship Managers.

You will own project framing, detailed planning, risk management, and cross-functional coordination with internal and external stakeholders to ensure successful rollout and adoption of new capabilities.

Qualifications

About The Role

iCapital is seeking a Vice President to join its Implementation team as a senior team lead. The Implementation team sits within the Product organization and is responsible for managing platform integrations for both new and existing enterprise clients as well as managing the ongoing platform experience for existing clients in close partnership with Product Managers and Enterprise Relationship Managers.

Responsibilities

• Drive successful end-to-end integrations for new and existing iCapital clients including wealth managers and asset managers as well as third party data integrations with fund administrators and transfer agents.
• Provide program and project management expertise including framing the project, establishing detailed project plans, managing risk and driving accountability across internal and external stakeholders.
• Retain in depth understanding of the iCapital platform in order to lead or facilitate client discovery, requirements gathering, operating model and business process design, platform set‑up, testing, and rollout.
• Manage the overall platform experience for existing clients including maximizing their consumption of the platform.
• Build a strong understanding of a client’s business and how that translates to the iCapital platform.
• Provide Product Managers and other internal stakeholders with client context to assess change management activities including new product enhancements.
• Collaborate with Product Managers to identify product gaps and opportunities, vet potential solutions and roll out new features.
• Partner closely with the Product Management, Relationship Management, Sales, Operations, Client Success, and external technology teams to deliver for clients.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in project management, client software implementations, relationship management within financial services or fintech
• Knowledge of wealth management, alternative investments, and private bank business and processes
• Proven track record of leading cross‑functional project teams from inception to execution
• Familiar with software‑based financial solutions (transaction systems, online forms, trading software)
• Excellent writing skills and able to produce detailed project documentation, business requirements documentation and specifications to drive successful development
• Strong interpersonal and presentation skills, and the proven ability to influence and communicate effectively across both internal and client stakeholders
• History of teamwork, willingness to roll up one’s sleeves and get the job done, and a desire to work in a fast‑moving entrepreneurial environment
• Experience managing data integrations is a plus

Benefits

The base salary range for this role is $145,000 to $185,000. iCapital offers a compensation package which includes salary, equity for all full‑time employees, and an annual performance bonus.
