Job summary

55ip, a Boston-based wealth and asset management innovator, seeks an Enterprise Platform Management Vice President to ensure platform reliability, efficiency, and compliance for client business and integration teams.

You will partner with sales, client integration, product, and technology to manage access, onboarding, and sales support, while driving scalable processes and clear governance across RIAs and broker-dealers.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of hands-on middle office operations experience in investment management or financial services.
• Ownership & accountability for deliverables and driving solutions to completion.
• Analytical, process-oriented, with data-driven approach and end-to-end workflow optimization.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate integration of sales platforms with other business systems to support seamless operations.
• Support platform adoption and client experience to drive growth; ensure onboarding of new clients and reporting.
• Maintain day-to-day operations of sales enablement platforms ensuring reliability and alignment with business needs.
