Job summary

iCapital Network is seeking a Vice President to lead its Platform Implementation team for Annuities in New York. The role drives end-to-end implementations, collaborates with Product, Relationship, Sales, and Tech teams, and ensures adoption and value realization for clients.

The role requires 10+ years in project management and client implementations within financial services or fintech, with a strong track record leading cross-functional teams and delivering complex platform integrations.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in project management and client software implementations.
• Experience in financial services, annuities or fintech.
• Knowledge of wealth management and broker-dealer operations.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams.
• Excellent writing and detailed documentation skills.
• Strong presentation and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to influence across internal and client stakeholders.
• Willingness to work in a fast-moving environment.
• Experience managing technology integrations is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Drive end-to-end annuity implementations for clients.
• Provide program and project management across stakeholders.
• Lead discovery, requirements, operating model, and platform rollout.
• Lead integrations with annuity marketplaces and carrier connectivity.
• Manage overall platform experience and adoption for clients.
• Translate client business needs to the iCapital platform.
• Collaborate with Product Managers to identify gaps.
• Partner with Product, Relationship, Sales, Operations, and Tech teams.
