Job summary

JPMorgan Chase & Co. is seeking a Product Delivery Manager to lead end-to-end delivery across multiple interdependent workstreams within the Personalization & Insights platform.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in product delivery, program management, or related
• Experience working within risk, controls, compliance, or regulatory frameworks
• Ability to manage multiple workstreams in a matrixed organization
• Experience in product or platform-wide release management
• Ability to drive continuous improvement and delivery maturity
• Proficiency with Jira and related delivery tools

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end product delivery across multiple interdependent workstreams, including intake, dependency management, release management, product operationalization, delivery feasibility decisions, and product performance reporting.
• Manage timelines, dependencies, and resourcing across multiple lines of business, monitoring and remediating blockers through the full life of each program.
• Own risk, issue, and change management by identifying risks and issues early, defining and driving mitigation plans, escalating appropriately, and ensuring delivery remains aligned with risk, controls, compliance, and regulatory requirements.
• Maintain audit readiness by adhering to product and project management controls and sustaining data integrity across delivery tools (Jira, Confluence, SharePoint), including Jira hygiene.
• Establish program governance and operating rhythms, producing executive-level reporting, program plans, summaries, and records of risks, issues, and decisions with an audit trail.
• Partner with senior leaders to align scope, priorities, decision rights, capacity, sequencing, and investment decisions.
• Support quarterly planning and book of work management with Portfolio & Product Delivery Management Manager and Product Owners/Managers.
• Facilitate agile ceremonies including Scrum of Scrums and sprint rituals to foster accountability across teams.
• Drive strategic discussions, feasibility studies, and root cause analysis to surface gaps and lead improvements.
• Standardize scalable delivery practices and use delivery metrics to improve predictability and decision-making.
