JPMorgan Chase & Co. seeks a Product Portfolio Operations Director in Consumer & Community Banking Personalization and Insights to drive cross-product synergies across personalization, data-driven insights, and customer engagement capabilities.

You will translate strategic priorities into executable delivery plans and align multiple teams across customers, internal users, and business stakeholders. You will lead Product Delivery and Customer Success for a portfolio of high-impact capabilities,

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience or equivalent in program management or performance optimization.
• Proven ability to manage operational effectiveness and portfolio initiatives.
• Experience operating in the product development life cycle and agile methodologies.
• Strong roadmap management, launch readiness, adoption planning, and post-launch optimization.
• Demonstrated ability to drive stakeholder adoption, customer success, engagement, and measurable outcomes.
• Experience partnering with Product, Technology, Data & Analytics, Operations, Finance and other functions.
• Executive communication skills to synthesize complex topics into clear decisions and risks.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, dependencies, risks, and timelines.

Responsabilités

• Works across products and lines to deliver against business objectives.
• Executes strategy for reporting and communications to support portfolio management and change initiatives.
• Leads a team to implement the portfolio framework and prioritizes core cross-product activities.
• Implements portfolio-level tracking of controls, financials, resourcing, and prioritization.
• Owns end-to-end delivery from intake to launch, adoption, measurement, and optimization.
• Translates strategy into roadmaps, milestones, success measures, and delivery plans.
• Defines customer success and adoption strategies, including readiness, training, and post-launch support.
• Monitors adoption, usage, satisfaction, and business-impact metrics for improvements.
• Creates feedback loops with customers and stakeholders to inform roadmap decisions.
• Serves as a trusted advisor to senior leadership on delivery health and business impact.
