• Experience in product/platform release management and deployment strategies.
• Proven operational management, change readiness, and continuous improvement.
• Experience establishing governance, metrics, and scalable operating practices.
• Proficiency with Jira and agile delivery methodologies.
• Strong executive presence, communication, and stakeholder influence.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery across multiple interdependent workstreams and manage timelines and resources.
• Oversee risk, issues, and change management with mitigation plans and regulatory alignment.
• Maintain audit readiness and ensure data integrity across delivery tools and repos (Jira, Confluence, SharePoint).
• Establish program governance, reporting, and durable audit trails for decisions and risks.
• Collaborate with senior leaders to align scope, priorities, capacity, and investments.
• Support quarterly planning and book-of-work management with the Product Delivery Management team.
