Job summary

JPMorganChase is seeking a Product Delivery Manager within Corporate Technology, Identity and Access Management to lead end-to-end delivery and partner across engineering, security, risk, and operations. You will translate needs into clear product direction, prioritize investments, and drive adoption of privileged access services with a focus on operational excellence.

You will shape roadmaps, coordinate integration efforts, and deliver measurable outcomes while strengthening security patterns

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in product delivery or a relevant domain area.
• Experience delivering cybersecurity, Identity and Access Management, Privileged Access Management, platform, or enterprise technology products in partnership with engineering teams.
• Ability to translate customer needs into clear product direction and prioritize investments using data and feedback.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end product delivery processes including intake, dependency management, release management, and performance reporting.
• Define and communicate product strategy, roadmap, and measurable outcomes for Privileged Access Management capabilities.
• Partner with engineering, cybersecurity, risk, compliance, and operations to translate needs into requirements and platform capabilities.
• Develop executive-ready reporting on adoption, health, and outcomes.
