Job summary

Citizens Bank is seeking a VP of Acquisition Strategy & Growth for Personal Loans to drive next growth phase by cross selling to existing customers. You will partner across Marketing, Product, Analytics, Risk, Finance, and Operations to deliver outcomes and secure funding for growth.

The role requires building strategies to expand markets, optimize channels, and improve approvals/volumes, with strong leadership and executive reporting responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, Economics, or related field.
• 7+ years of experience in consumer lending, marketing strategy, product performance, portfolio management, or related fields.
• Experience with personal loans, unsecured lending, credit cards, or consumer banking products preferred.
• MBA preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop a roadmap to ramp Personal Loans volumes over the next 6–12 months.
• Identify opportunities to expand customer segments, channels, and market reach.
• Monitor trends and customer needs to identify growth opportunities.
• Build business cases and strategic recommendations for marketing spend.
• Lead cross-functional collaboration across Marketing, Product, Analytics, Risk, Finance, and Operations.
• Develop executive-ready reporting and presentations for leadership teams.
