Job summary

Citizens Bank seeks a VP of Acquisition Strategy & Growth for its Personal Loans unit to drive growth by cross-selling to existing customers. The leader will partner with Marketing, Product, Analytics, Risk, Finance, and Operations to deliver measurable outcomes across channels.

The ideal candidate will bring deep unsecured lending experience with a track record in customer acquisition and growth management, adding value with minimal oversight and guiding data-driven campaigns and budget

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, Economics, or related field.
MBA preferred.

Responsibilities

Develop a roadmap to ramp Personal Loans volumes over 6–12 months.
Identify opportunities to expand customer segments, acquisition channels, and market reach.
Monitor trends to identify new growth opportunities.
Build business cases and strategic recommendations for marketing spend.
Support development of annual growth plans and volume forecast.
Influence budget conversations to secure funds for growth.
Develop multi-channel strategy across digital, email, direct mail, branches, partnerships.
Create customer segmentation strategies to improve targeting and engagement.
Increase application volume, approval rates, and funded loan conversion.
Review campaign response rates and translate data into actionable recommendations.
Lead initiatives from concept through implementation.
