Citizens Bank is seeking a Vice President of Acquisition Strategy & Growth for the Personal Loans business to accelerate volume growth by expanding segments and channels among existing customers. The role reports to the Head of Personal Loans and collaborates with Marketing, Product, Analytics, Risk, Finance, and Operations to drive outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, Economics, or related field.
• 7+ years of experience in consumer lending, marketing strategy, product performance, portfolio management, or related fields.
• Experience with personal loans, unsecured lending, credit cards, or consumer banking products preferred.
• Experience managing growth initiatives and driving measurable business results.
• Strong problem-solving, team building, communication and presentation skills.
• Experience working with senior leaders and cross-functional teams.
• Ability to navigate matrix organization and influence stakeholders to drive expected outcomes.
• MBA preferred.

Responsabilités

• Develop a roadmap to ramp Personal Loans volumes from current levels over the next 6 to 12 months.
• Identify and assess opportunities to expand customer segments, acquisition channels, and market reach.
• Monitor competitive trends and customer needs to identify new growth opportunities.
• Build business cases and strategic recommendations for marketing spend in the business and keep acquisition cost per account in check
• Support development of annual growth plans and volume forecast.
• Able to influence and drive budget conversations to help secure funds needed to accomplish growth
• Partner with Marketing to develop a multi channel strategy across digital, email, direct mail, branch, partnership, and other channels.
• Develop customer segmentation strategies to improve targeting and engagement.
• Identify opportunities to increase application volume, approval rates, and funded loan conversion.
• Routinely review campaign response rates and application funnel performance and translate data into actionable business recommendations.
• Drive execution against business priorities and ensure achievement of expected outcomes.
• Develop executive-ready reporting and presentations for leadership teams.
• Lead strategic initiatives from concept through implementation.
• Coordinate activities across Marketing, Product, Risk, Finance, Operations, Analytics, and Technology teams.
• Establish project plans, success metrics, and stakeholder communication plans.
