Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, HR, Business or related field; Accredited Coaching Certification.
• 10+ years of progressive leadership experience with at least 5 years in a senior executive HR role.
• Proven experience building and leading high-performing teams across geographies.
• Strong business acumen aligning people strategies with priorities.
• Experience with digital HR tools and organizational analytics.

Responsibilities

• Set strategy and deliver a People strategy for Product Development and Design & Engineering.
• Lead a modern, results-driven People team and coach leaders.
