SharkNinja in Needham, MA is seeking a Senior Manager, HR Business Partner for the DTC & Sales teams. You will shape the employee experience, partner with ecommerce and business leaders, and align people plans with strategic goals.

This role requires 5+ years in HR, including 3+ in a strategic HRBP capacity, strong influence with senior leaders, and hands-on change management in a fast-growing, matrixed environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
• 5+ years HR experience, including 3+ years in a strategic HRBP role.
• Experience with AI tools (Claude) and ability to apply AI to HR workflows.
• Strong ability to influence senior leaders and build relationships.
• Experience in high-growth, matrixed or global organizations.

Responsabilités

• Serve as primary HR partner for the DTC and Sales teams, delivering core HR services.
• Manage full hiring process: requisitions, interview panels, offers, onboarding.
• Design organizational design models and change management plans.
• Develop training programs to build technical and leadership skills.
• Advise senior leaders on org design, workforce planning, talent management.
• Lead HR initiatives: performance management, engagement, succession planning.
• Collaborate with Centers of Excellence to deliver integrated HR solutions.
• Champion SharkNinja’s culture and inclusivity.
• Analyze HR metrics to inform decisions and drive improvements.
• Support change management and organizational transformation.
