Qualifications

• 10+ years in product development, with management experience.
• Ability to influence executives and stakeholders through storytelling.
• Experience in consumer goods and mass production contexts.

Responsibilities

• Own early-stage concept development across product categories.
• Pitch future-focused concepts with design storytelling to leadership.
• Partner with Mechanical Eng, R&D, Product Development, and Product Marketing to align concepts with strategy.
• Ground ideas in buildability, materials, manufacturing methods, and DFM/DFM.
• Build, inspire, and lead a team of managers, engineers, and designers.
