Responsibilities

• Drive UX strategy and ship end-to-end design for hardware products
• Build, mentor, and scale a high-performing UX team
• Collaborate with UX, Industrial Design, CMF, Product Development, PM, AD, and Insights
• Lead design reviews with clear direction to raise quality
• Embed consumer insights and user research throughout design lifecycle
• Evolve design patterns and best practices for hardware experiences
• Advocate for the consumer and evangelize UX company-wide
• Integrate AI tools and emerging tech into the design process
