Job summary

Prevail Bank in Wisconsin is seeking a Vice President of People & Organizational Development to lead employee learning, leadership development, internal communications, and culture programs. Reporting to the Chief People Officer, you will guide strategy, champion a scalable set of standards, and partner with executives to close capability gaps across the organization.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive experience across organizational development, learning and development, leadership development, or HR/People leadership.
• Demonstrated experience leading and developing training, learning, or People Development professionals.
• Proven success developing and executing enterprise-wide learning, leadership development, or organizational development strategies.
• Experience building scalable learning programs; experience supporting distributed workforces strongly preferred.
• Strong executive presence with ability to influence, advise, and build credibility with leaders at all levels.
• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree or relevant certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead Prevail’s People Development strategy, priorities, and budget.
• Oversee training, leadership development, and internal communications programs.
• Partner with senior leaders to diagnose capability gaps and design scalable solutions.
• Build and maintain enterprise programs across retail, branch, and distributed locations.
• Develop and mentor the People Development team and manage external partners.
