• Ten+ years in retail banking with multi-location leadership.
• Track record of growing deposits and customer experience.
• Experience with budgeting, workforce planning, and branch strategy.
• Strong knowledge of operations, controls, audit, and risk.
• Proven ability to lead senior leaders and manage change.
• Experience shaping strategy with data and technology changes.
• Excellent judgment, communication, and collaboration.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent; advanced banking education preferred.

Responsibilities

• Translate the Bank's retail strategy into clear market, branch, and call center priorities.
• Own deposit, consumer loan, household, relationship, referral, and digital adoption goals.
• Establish sales plans, production expectations, campaign priorities, and performance rhythms.
• Monitor retail performance through dashboards, trend analysis, and market results; direct corrective action.
• Contribute to retail financial performance through revenue growth, expense discipline, staffing productivity, and resource allocation.
• Lead recommendations regarding branch footprint, staffing models, hours, service delivery, and channel strategy.
• Establish and maintain a consistent retail operating model, customer service standards, and leadership cadence.
• Oversee retail governance, including procedures, controls, audit readiness, security, and compliance.
• Partner with Risk, Compliance, Audit, Deposit Operations, IT, and vendors to address findings and risks.
• Lead, coach, and develop leaders; ensure training, tools, and support to deliver results.
• Promote a culture of customer focus, ownership, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
