Qualifications

• Minimum of 15–20 years of progressively responsible leadership experience in Organizational Development, Human Resources, Leadership Development, or Organizational Effectiveness.
• Experience leading enterprise-wide organizational transformation initiatives.
• Experience partnering with executive leadership and governing boards preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute organizational development strategies aligned with the mission and strategic plan.
• Lead enterprise talent management and workforce planning initiatives in partnership with Human Resources.
• Direct enterprise learning strategies, leadership development programs, and change management efforts.
• Foster culture, engagement, and accountability across the organization.
