Reporting to the Chief People Officer, this role leads enterprise-wide strategy for total rewards, workforce planning, talent development, and organizational culture, ensuring alignment with the credit union’s mission and business objectives. The SVP oversees key functions including compensation and benefits, performance management, succession planning, leadership development, and employee engagement, while serving as a trusted advisor to senior leadership and the Board on governance, policy, and regulatory compliance. This leader will foster an inclusive, high-performance culture, drive organizational effectiveness, and enhance the employee experience through innovative people strategies. The ideal candidate brings 12–15 years of progressive HR leadership experience, preferably in financial services or a highly regulated environment, along with strong expertise in total rewards, workforce strategy, and HR governance; a bachelor’s degree is required, and an advanced degree is preferred.
