Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and 10+ years of PM leadership experience.
• Experience leading high-performing teams and delivering complex CRE projects.
• Strong client management, communication, and leadership skills.
• Proficiency with project management methodologies and financial reporting.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of project managers.
• Oversee a portfolio of projects of varying size and scope.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define objectives, scope, and deliverables.
• Develop and implement project management strategies to improve efficiency.
• Oversee timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure on-time delivery.
• Foster cross-functional collaboration across local and global teams.
• Identify new business opportunities and drive growth with the business development team.
