Qualifications

• 10+ years of direct experience as a real estate project management leader.
• Proactive thinker and leader.
• Experience leading others within a corporate environment.
• Proven ability to build consensus, influence outcomes and navigate complex stakeholder environments.
• Strong working knowledge of construction methods.
• Highly organized with strong analytical skills.
• Strong interpersonal and executive-facing communication skills.
• Ability to manage all aspects of construction projects including budgeting, scheduling, submittals, and change orders.
• Ability to develop and cultivate business relationships with existing and prospective clients.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional full-service project management for the client across their national portfolio; guide team members to provide elevated levels of service.
• Grow & manage key client and account relationships; resolve conflicts amicably.
• Achieve KPIs while delivering high standards for delivery and communication.
• Cultivate internal and external relationships to expand account capabilities and cross-platform growth.
• Assist client in developing a project delivery strategy aligned to business objectives.
• Interact with and influence at various levels within JLL and client organizations.
