A successful candidate will drive strategy, client satisfaction, and high-quality delivery across a national portfolio.

The role requires 10+ years of direct experience in real estate project management leadership, strong leadership

Qualifications

10+ years of direct experience in real estate project management leadership.
Proven ability to lead cross-disciplinary teams and manage complex client relationships.
Strong vendor management and subcontractor coordination skills.

Responsibilities

Provide exceptional full-service project management for the client across their national portfolio.
Grow and manage key client and account relationships; resolve conflicts amicably.
Achieve KPIs while delivering high standards for delivery and communication.
Cultivate internal and external relationships to expand account capabilities and cross-platform growth.
Assist client in developing a project delivery strategy aligned with business objectives.
Interact with and influence at multiple levels within JLL and the client organization.
