• 10+ years of direct experience leading real estate project management
• Proactive thinker with strong leadership capabilities
• Experience managing teams within a corporate environment
• Ability to build consensus and influence outcomes across complex stakeholder groups
• Knowledge of architectural drawings and construction methods

Responsabilidades

• Provide full-service project management across a national portfolio for the client
• Grow and manage key client relationships and account growth
• Achieve KPIs and maintain high delivery and communication standards
• Lead, develop, and manage geographically dispersed PM teams
• Ensure compliance with contractual, jurisdictional, and client requirements
• Interact with PMs, architects, client staff, and vendors to deliver an exceptional client experience
• Drive a trusted-advisor culture and streamline processes
