You will collaborate with clients and cross-functional teams globally, foster inclusion, and pursue new opportunities. This role demands strong leadership, financial acumen, and travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or architecture.
• 10+ years of project management experience in healthcare construction.
• Proven leadership of high-performing teams with strong communication.
• Experience with project budgets and financial reporting.
• Willingness to travel as needed.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of project managers, providing mentorship and guidance.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define project objectives, scope, and deliverables.
• Develop and implement PM strategies to improve efficiency and productivity.
• Oversee timelines, budgets, and resources to deliver on time and within budget.
• Champion cross-functional collaboration locally and globally to optimize outcomes.
• Foster inclusivity and wellbeing, supporting a diverse workforce.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities with the BD team.
• Drive a sales culture within the PDS team and lead sales meetings.
• Develop client pursuit strategies, pitch effectively, and secure new business.
