Job summary

HiBob is seeking a strategic and execution-focused VP Payroll & Benefits (Services & Operations) to lead and scale payroll services across the US and UK. You will own strategy, execution, and P&L, partnering with Payroll GM and regional leaders to drive customer outcomes and revenue growth.

You will guide a high-performing, scalable payroll services organization, leveraging AI and automation to improve delivery and speed, while ensuring exceptional employee experiences and pay equity across

Qualifications

Strong US payroll experience is required across B2B SaaS environments.
At least 5 years of leadership experience managing payroll services or payroll operations.
Proven track record scaling payroll services in high-growth settings.
Experience partnering with Product, Engineering, CS, Sales, and Operations.

Responsibilities

Define and lead the strategy for Payroll Services & Operations in the US and UK.
Build a repeatable US payroll services motion to penetrate the SMB to mid-market.
Scale the UK payroll services model to handle growth and complexity.
Lead payroll implementation and services delivery with focus on quality and speed.
Improve operational excellence to drive scalability and strong customer outcomes.
Collaborate with Product and Payroll leadership to close critical gaps.
