Job summary

HiBob is hiring a Specialist in our US Payroll and Benefits onboarding team. You will lead configuration, implementation, and launch of payroll and benefits solutions for HiBob clients, guiding customers through integrations and best practices.

You will work with cross-functional teams, communicate clearly, and manage multiple onboarding projects to ensure successful go-lives in a fast-growing SaaS environment.

Qualifications

• In depth knowledge of benefits administration and US Payroll systems.
• Strong implementation lifecycle experience and ability to meet go-live deadlines.
• Experience guiding customers through system integrations and trainings.

Responsibilities

• Configure, implement and launch US Payroll and benefits systems for HiBob clients.
• Provide expert onboarding guidance and resolve payroll/benefits issues for customers.
• Collaborate with product, delivery and customer teams to ensure successful deployments.
