Qualifikationen

• 5+ years of experience in product management or a relevant domain.
• Advanced knowledge of the product development life cycle, design, and data analytics.
• Proven ability to lead product life cycle activities including discovery, ideation, development, and value management.
• Hands-on experience with GenAI and agentic concepts in enterprise settings.
• Strong relationships and ability to influence senior business and technology executives.
• Independent, proactive, comfortable operating with ambiguity and driving outcomes end-to-end.
• Excellent written, verbal, and executive-level presentation skills.

• Oversee end-to-end launch of cross-functional pilot pods and expand adoption across Payments.

• Develop strategy and vision for the XDLC operating model and roadmap.
• Manage discovery efforts and market research to shape the product roadmap.
• Own and maintain a backlog aligned with the strategic roadmap and value proposition.
• Establish metrics for cost, features, risk, and reliability; drive improvements.
