Job summary

JPMorganChase in New York seeks a Product Manager Vice President on the Payments XDLC Transformation team to drive the end-to-end product lifecycle and lead cross-functional pilots across Payments lines.

You will apply GenAI tools and analytics to shape the target operating model, define governance, and deliver measurable improvements in speed, quality, and auditability while partnering with senior leaders and engineering, risk, and controls teams.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of product management experience or equivalent
• Advanced knowledge of the product development life cycle, design, and data analytics
• Proven ability to lead product life cycle activities including discovery, ideation, development, and value management
• Hands-on with GenAI concepts and how to apply them safely in enterprise environments
• Strong relationship and interpersonal skills to influence senior executives
• Independent, go-getter orientation—comfortable with ambiguity on a small team
• Excellent written, verbal, and executive-level presentation skills
• Experience leading cross-functional teams with engineering, design, risk, and controls partners

Responsibilities

• Lead build-out of the new target operating model for the Payments PDLC, defining lifecycle stages, roles, decision rights, governance, and workflows
• Lead end-to-end launch and iteration of cross-functional pilot pods
• Apply AI and analytical tools to derive insights and shape roadmap decisions
• Develop the strategy and vision for the Payments XDLC operating model and roadmap
• Manage discovery efforts and market research to uncover customer solutions
• Owns, maintains, and develops a product backlog aligned with the roadmap
• Builds framework and tracks key success metrics (cost, features, risk, reliability)
• Collaborate with risk, controls, and architecture to embed built-in controls
• Coach teams on product craft and transformation delivery
