JPMorgan Chase & Co. in New Jersey is seeking a Vice President Product Manager to lead the Payments XDLC transformation, shaping a new target operating model and end-to-end product lifecycle.

You will launch cross-functional pilot pods, apply GenAI insights, and translate them into an enterprise roadmap. You will collaborate with product, engineering, risk, and controls, drive measurable improvements in speed, quality, and auditability, and mentor teams while aligning XDLC with Payments

Qualifications

• 5+ years of product management or related domain experience.
• Advanced knowledge of product development lifecycle and data analytics.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams with engineering, design, risk and controls.
• Experience applying GenAI concepts safely in enterprise environments.

Responsabilités

• Lead build-out of the target operating model for the Payments PDLC/SDLC.
• Oversee end-to-end launch of cross-functional pilot pods and MVP expansion.
• Apply GenAI tools to derive insights and inform roadmap decisions.
• Develop strategy and roadmap for the XDLC operating model and lifecycle standards.
• Manage discovery and market research to feed product roadmap.
• Own and maintain the product backlog aligned with strategic goals.
