JPMorganChase is seeking a Senior Product Associate for the Payments XDLC Transformation team. You will leverage user research, analytics, and cross-functional collaboration to drive new product opportunities and optimize existing offerings.

You will help launch pilot pods, apply AI tools to derive insights, and help define the target operating model for the Payments PDLC/SDLC lifecycle, partnering with risk, controls, and firmwide stakeholders.

Qualifikationen

• 3+ years of experience in product management or related domain (e.g., technology transformation, change management).
• Proficient knowledge of the product development lifecycle, including discovery, requirements definition, backlog management and launch.
• Experience with data analytics and data literacy.
• Hands-on experience with AI tools in day-to-day work.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with ability to translate concepts for technical and non-technical audiences.
• Ability to work independently and in a matrixed cross-functional team.

Aufgaben

• Partners with the Product Manager to identify new product opportunities through user research and discovery.
• Plans upstream and downstream implications of new features on the overall product experience.
• Supports collection of user research, journey mapping, and market analysis to inform the strategic roadmap.
• Analyzes product metrics across the lifecycle including work to time, cost, and quality targets.
• Writes requirements, epics, and user stories to support development.
• Helps build the target operating model for the Payments PDLC, including lifecycle stages, roles, governance, and workflow.
• Supports launch and enablement of cross-functional pilot pods with onboarding materials and feedback loops.
• Applies AI and analytical tools to derive insights from pod activity and lifecycle telemetry to inform recommendations.
• Identifies opportunities to improve the Payments XDLC operating model and engage stakeholders through research and pilots.
• Collaborates with risk, controls, and compliance to translate guardrails into operating-model standards.
