Qualifications

3+ years in product management or related transform./domain
Knowledge of product development lifecycle: discovery, requirements, backlog, launch
Experience in lifecycle activities including discovery & requirements definition
Growing knowledge of data analytics and data literacy
Hands-on with AI tools in daily work
Independent, proactive, able to work with ambiguity
Strong written and verbal communication for technical/non-technical audiences
Able to work independently and in a matrixed cross-functional team

Responsabilités

Identify new product opportunities through user research and discovery
Plan upstream and downstream implications of new features on product experience
Support user research, journey mapping, and market analysis for strategic roadmap
Analyze product metrics across the lifecycle for time, cost, quality targets
Write requirements, epics, and user stories for development
Help build the PDLC target operating model with defined roles and governance
Support launch and enablement of cross-functional pilot pods
