Job summary

JPMorgan Chase & Co. is seeking a senior Product Manager Vice President on the Payments XDLC Transformation team to lead end-to-end product life cycle, launch cross-functional pilot Pods, apply AI and analytical tools to derive insights, and translate those insights into a new target operating model for the Payments PDLC.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in product management or related domain.
• Strong knowledge of product lifecycle, design, and data analytics.
• Experience with GenAI and enterprise transformation approaches.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence executives.
• Comfort working in ambiguous, matrixed environments.
• Excellent written and verbal storytelling for technical and non-technical audiences.

Responsibilities

• Lead build-out of the target operating model for the Payments PDLC/SDLC.
• Drive cross-functionalPod launches, rollout plans, and feedback loops.
• Apply GenAI tools to derive lifecycle insights and guide roadmap decisions.
• Define strategy to deliver measurable value for Payments product and engineering.
• Oversee discovery, market research, and backlog to support the roadmap.
• Develop metrics for cost, features, risk posture, and reliability.
• Collaborate with risk, controls, and architecture to embed built-in controls.
• Coach senior leaders and teams on product craft and transformation delivery.
